We ship to all cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We provide home delivery through our partnered shipping companies, such as Aramex, SMSA, or the store’s delivery representatives.

2. Delivery Time

Within Riyadh: Delivery usually takes between 24 to 48 business hours.

Other cities in Saudi Arabia: Shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that official holidays, Fridays, and Eid holidays are not counted within the shipping period.

3. Shipping Cost

The shipping cost appears automatically on the checkout page based on the city and the selected shipping company.

We may offer “Free Shipping” promotions when the order value reaches a specific amount, as announced in the store’s promotional offers.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, a message will be sent via SMS or email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status.

5. Receiving the Order

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address and mobile number are correct.

If the shipping company is unable to reach the customer, or if the customer refuses to receive the shipment without a valid reason, the store has the right to charge the customer for the shipping cost both ways.
